Learn from the expert: digital PCR analysis of liquid biopsies
Thanks to recent technological developments, droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) has become an affordable technology for absolute quantification of nucleic acids in biological samples. Droplet digital PCR has several advantages over quantitative PCR as it does not require a calibration curve and is less susceptible to inhibition, providing a more accurate and precise quantification of template DNA molecules and providing a higher resolution to discriminate low frequent sequence variants (e.g. rare mutations in cancer or copy number variant detection).
Biogazelle is gold sponsor of the 4th Global Precision Medicine & Biomarkers Leaders Summit in Munich
We look forward to seeing you at the 4th Global Precision Medicine & Biomarkers Leaders Summit. While at the Congress, drop by at Biogazelle's Booth (#12) to learn more about Biogazelle's products and services.
Biogazelle offers unique mRNA sequencing on plasma
This month, Biogazelle launches a novel and unique application: mRNA sequencing on human plasma. mRNA sequencing on plasma – or other body fluids – has not yet been offered by other sequencing service providers. This powerful new application allows researchers to maximize the biomarker potential from valuable plasma samples, to find relevant disease or treatment response biomarkers.
Biogazelle presents ‘RNA capture sequencing’ at Revolutionizing next-generation sequencing in Antwerp
Biogazelle’s CSO prof. Jo Vandesompele presented Biogazelle’s strategy and expertise to deploy RNA in liquid biopsies to further diagnostic applications and drug development at “Revolutionizing next-generation sequencing” (Antwerp, Belgium).
