qBase Run Extraction tool [download]
The qBase Run Extraction tool is developed by Biogazelle to provide users of the discontinued qBase software with an easy way to generate annotated qbasePLUS input files from their complete qBase experimental archive. Upon running the software, for each qBase experiment, a folder is generated with the same name and filled with data files from alls run in that particular experiment. This tool enables qBase users to easily migrate to qbasePLUS.

qbasePLUS is the first qPCR analysis software to be RDML compliant. RDML is the proposed standard to export, exchange, and store real-time PCR data (Lefever et al., 2009 [PDF]).
