The level of support and the response time depend on your qbase+ license type.
- First line support is offered through comprehensive manuals and FAQs about the use and functionalities of qbase+. Manuals available in your MyBiogazelle account.
- Basic interactive webinars about the basic features of qbase+ are scheduled on a regular basis
- Advanced webinars on specific topics are scheduled every month
- IT related support tickets (e.g. questions about installation, software errors, ...)
- qbase+ application support tickets (e.g. where can I set a threshold for PCR replicate variability, where can I find the reference gene expression stability, ...)
- PCR workflow related questions
